Responsibilities
- Streamline daily operations processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or logistics
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Valid Michigan driver's license required
