Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company-wide goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose high-impact solutions for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment between engineering, product, and sales teams.
- Oversee the integration of new operational tools and methodologies to scale our infrastructure.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and report directly to the C-suite on roadmap progress.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or speed to market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans (3-5 year horizon).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
