Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Administer medications and treatment plans with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Document clinical observations using EMR systems
- Mentor new nursing staff and uphold safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current IL RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years acute care experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
