Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in hospital, clinic, and telehealth settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care setting
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience with Epic EHR system preferred
- Willingness to support Virginia telehealth rotations
