Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- CI/CD Implementation: Drive the implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines to streamline development workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
