Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and system design for enterprise applications
- Mentor 5+ developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Drive innovation through emerging tech evaluations (AI/ML, blockchain)
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, React)
- 3+ years leading technical teams and projects
- AWS/Azure certification or cloud architecture experience
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong problem-solving with system design patterns
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
