Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable cloud solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Architect robust systems using AWS, Azure, and microservices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Drive innovation through emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain)
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years leading technical teams and projects
- Expertise in Python, Java, or C# with cloud platforms
- AWS/Azure certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
