Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-7 engineers in developing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment and quality assurance
- Drive continuous improvement through agile methodologies and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong background in Python, Java, or Go with microservices architecture
- Proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certifications in AWS or Kubernetes preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
