- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, printers, and network connectivity.
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
