Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8+ engineers in agile development cycles
- Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS/Azure and microservices
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Drive innovation through emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain)
- Conduct quarterly technical audits and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Java, Python, or Go with cloud architecture experience
- Strong background in DevOps practices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in AWS/Azure or relevant cloud platform
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholder management experience
