Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud services.
- System Architecture: Design robust system architectures and APIs that ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver features on time.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement solutions to improve application speed and user experience.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and prevent regressions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
