Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff to ensure safety and productivity standards
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS software (training provided)
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Generate performance reports and optimize operational workflows
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1-3 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
