Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging tech trends and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Lead high-level research and development in Artificial Intelligence, specifically focusing on generative models and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into scalable technical architecture.
- Conduct feasibility studies for experimental technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing technical roadmaps and delivering large-scale projects on time.
