Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI ethics, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists through full product lifecycle
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present vision to C-suite and board, securing $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Monitor emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology) and pivot strategy accordingly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Academy
- File 5+ patents annually for proprietary 2026-focused solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation leadership with 3+ years in future-tech or adjacent field
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, futures research methodologies, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stack: LLMs, quantum computing, biotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex visions to diverse stakeholders
