- Champion sustainable and ethical innovation principles across all strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Strong proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization platforms

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience advising executive leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFS) or Innovation Management preferred
