Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technological trends
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Develop go-to-market strategies for future-proof products and services
- Partner with VCs and research institutions to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio allocation across experimental ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Publication record in reputable futurist or industry journals
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
