Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures aligned with the 2026 technological roadmap, focusing on AI integration and edge computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept testing for emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain future-proof.

- Compliance & Security: Oversee system security protocols, ensuring full compliance with emerging data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML infrastructure or preparing systems for quantum computing integration.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams through complex, large-scale deployments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
