Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market shifts
- Design strategic frameworks for future-proofing product portfolios and service offerings
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for cutting-edge research
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market disruption and opportunity landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
