Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and growth targets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentations
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in global enterprises
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects delivered
