Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling business strategies for C-suite executives
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 moonshot projects with $1M+ annual R&D budgets
- Author white papers on future-of-work transformations for industry conferences
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on emerging technology research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful future-focused products
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or similar)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
