Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI of future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
