Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with 3-year strategic foresight
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI-X) into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough product prototypes
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for next-generation market opportunities
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across global operations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with exponential growth
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Strong financial acumen with innovation portfolio management experience
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
