Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, autonomous agents) to identify viable opportunities for product enhancement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external tech partners and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve on global AI standards.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify ethical, security, and operational risks associated with future AI deployments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical futures into compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership, with at least 5 years focused specifically on Artificial Intelligence.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining successful long-term technology roadmaps for major enterprises.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning paradigms, LLM architecture, and the ethical implications of AI deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to non-technical executives.
- Certifications: Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to pivot strategies in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
