Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Lead R&D for quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit optimization
- Drive quantum cryptography standards implementation
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum algorithms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra and topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of high-impact quantum research
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion qubits
