Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 Vision Roadmap, aligning organizational capabilities with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Automation into daily workflows to enhance productivity and employee experience.
- Develop forward-thinking policies regarding remote work, hybrid models, and digital nomadism.
- Conduct in-depth research on the Future of Work landscape, analyzing emerging tools and societal shifts.
- Act as a change agent, driving cultural adoption of new technologies and methodologies across all departments.
- Partner with HR and Engineering leadership to create upskilling and reskilling programs for the talent of 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in organizational strategy, Human Resources, or Business Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of AI implementation in enterprise environments and the ethical considerations surrounding it.
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation and managing organizational change.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate a compelling vision to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
