Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software updates and security patches.
- Support company-wide initiatives, including network troubleshooting and printer maintenance.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically.
