Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy, specifically focusing on innovations expected to define the landscape in 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights to the C-Suite.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D initiatives involving autonomous agents, predictive analytics, and next-gen user interfaces.
- Future of Work Design: Architect hybrid and remote work ecosystems that leverage AI to enhance productivity and employee well-being.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value propositions for investors, board members, and operational teams.
- Cultural Transformation: Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptability, ensuring the organization remains agile in a rapidly evolving market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a strategic leadership role within Information Technology, Consulting, or Future Tech sectors.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully integrating them into business models.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and IoT, with the ability to understand technical feasibility without being a hands-on coder.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
- Agility: Demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainty and drive projects through to completion in dynamic environments.
