Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap focusing on AI integration and Future of Work transformation.
- Analyze emerging trends in Generative AI, automation, and workforce analytics to identify competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Design and implement internal policies regarding AI ethics, data privacy, and remote workforce management.
- Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums regarding Future of Work.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or Technology Management, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their practical applications in the enterprise sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change and digital transformation projects.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
