Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning organizational goals with emerging industry trends.
- Analyze macro-economic indicators and technological shifts (e.g., Generative AI, Web3) to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Design and implement forward-looking policies regarding remote work, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into our daily operations.
- Monitor global workforce benchmarks to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
- Present quarterly strategic reviews to the Board of Directors highlighting key risks and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of leading change management initiatives and implementing future-focused strategies.
