Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable software architecture for our core platform.
- Lead the development of complex features using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud services.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and security standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to debug complex issues and implement efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
