Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to forecast their impact on business operations.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define the future state of organizational culture and workflow.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the "Future of Work" landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Present strategic insights and long-term projections to the board of directors and stakeholders.
- Monitor global economic shifts to adjust strategic priorities for the upcoming years.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related executive leadership role.
- Strong understanding of current and future trends in technology, specifically regarding AI and automation.
- Proven experience in leading organizational change management and digital transformation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
