Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight initiatives guiding organizational planning through 2026
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry-specific implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author quarterly trend reports and horizon-scanning briefs for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with leadership teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business transformation plans
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent program
- Portfolio published foresight work or successful transformation initiatives
- Experience scaling foresight processes across global organizations
