Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, identifying critical infrastructure upgrades and modernization opportunities.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud-native architectures, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and data scientists, to integrate emerging technologies like AI and Edge Computing.
- Conduct rigorous architectural reviews and risk assessments to mitigate potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles and improve system reliability.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in systems architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of microservices patterns, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with security best practices, including compliance standards such as SOC2 or HIPAA.
