Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing of our core architecture.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex AI systems, integrating machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency using emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience in building scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go.
