Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, ensuring high availability and security.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to maintain the highest standards of software quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge computing to advise leadership on strategic investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
