Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will drive competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex decision-making processes.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead the evaluation and integration of next-gen technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Edge Computing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, ethical AI usage, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or leadership role focusing on AI/ML.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving technological landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex engineering problems and driving innovative solutions from concept to deployment.
