Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, creating a detailed technology roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable technical architectures for future products.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Innovation Sprints: Lead cross-functional agile teams in high-velocity innovation sprints to accelerate time-to-market for new features.
- Intellectual Property: Drive the patent and intellectual property strategy for novel technologies developed within the 2026 initiative.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical architecture, with a focus on emerging tech.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and adapting them to dynamic market changes.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), and Web3 technologies.
- Education: Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse engineering teams.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills for translating technical jargon into executive summaries.
