- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architecture strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Quantum Readiness) and drive their pilot programs and eventual integration into core systems.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of next-generation cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions that support business growth.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and forward-thinking within the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical strategies.
- Cost & Performance Optimization: Oversee infrastructure performance and cloud cost management to ensure maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technical transformations and defining long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML integration, edge computing, or next-gen web technologies.
