Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socio-economic trends through 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D to prioritize breakthrough research initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and futurist networks
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
