You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop long-term vision frameworks, scenario-planning models, and innovation roadmaps. Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Create innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefs and future-state impact assessments
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness and track progress quarterly
- Represent InnovateCorp at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Cognito, Scenarios)
