Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future insights into market-ready products and services
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, tech incubators, and innovation hubs
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate cutting-edge expertise
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future-oriented roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and sociocultural megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and industry contexts
