- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and marketing teams on long-term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or operations within a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change and managing large-scale strategic transformations.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable, high-level strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
