Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and secure technology systems for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as quantum computing, AI/ML, and blockchain into existing and new systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct research and stay ahead of technological trends to inform system architecture decisions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and specifications.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead architect role.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI/ML, and blockchain.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about future technology challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
