Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof system architectures capable of handling quantum-ready data loads.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core enterprise workflows.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., neural interfaces, edge computing).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for security, data privacy, and ethical AI usage in future tech environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Identify potential risks in system design and propose mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in System Architecture, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
