Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for core systems, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures leveraging AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge technologies.
- Bridge R&D and Production: Collaborate with research teams to translate experimental technologies into viable production solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) to integrate into our infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and align them with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML models, blockchain, or quantum computing concepts.
