Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-Ready Systems: Design software architectures that are scalable and resilient to the fundamental changes brought by quantum computing and post-silicon hardware.
- Neural Interface Integration: Lead the development of APIs and protocols that facilitate seamless communication between synthetic intelligence and human neural networks.
- Future-Proofing Roadmaps: Create long-term technical roadmaps that anticipate regulatory, technological, and societal shifts expected in 2026 and beyond.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the transition of legacy systems into next-generation, AI-driven autonomous ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, security experts, and UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric design.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging tech stacks, including AR/VR convergence and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, synthetic intelligence, and next-gen network protocols.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems in dynamic environments.
