Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance system architectures utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AGI) to assess feasibility and integration potential.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear strategic value.
- Oversee system security, reliability, and compliance standards across all 2026 infrastructure projects.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, System Architecture, or Technical Project Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or strategic product launches.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and big data processing technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
