Job Description
We are on the precipice of a technological revolution, and Aether Dynamics is building the infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Future Systems Architect to lead our R&D division, designing scalable, quantum-ready, and AI-native architectures that will define the next decade of computing.
In this pivotal role, you won't just maintain legacy systems; you will architect the very fabric of our future. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and practical, high-performance infrastructure. If you are a pioneer who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with the next leap in technology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of next-gen systems designed for the 2026 technological landscape, integrating quantum computing protocols.
- Lead the research and development of AI-native infrastructure, ensuring models scale efficiently across distributed environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for hybrid cloud systems that prioritize security, latency reduction, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous load testing and stress analysis to ensure system resilience against unpredictable future loads.
- Establish best practices for interoperability between legacy systems and emerging 2026 technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or quantum computing research.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and edge computing architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
