Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term product vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and scaling.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities in AI, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering to oversee the technical feasibility of high-impact initiatives and architectural decisions.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and delivery of high-quality software products.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior strategy role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex B2B or B2C technology products.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in the context of future tech trends and 2026 projections.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences ranging from technical engineers to non-technical executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and modern software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
