Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company-wide business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Web3, to identify viable opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Marketing) to translate strategic vision into operational plans.
- Assess risks and opportunities associated with new tech adoption and provide clear recommendations to the C-Suite.
- Monitor global tech trends to ensure Nexus remains a market leader in future-proof solutions.
- Lead internal workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen digital infrastructure trends.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and synthesize it into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving change and managing large-scale projects.
